Our History
Founded in 1995 by Terry Siede, Midwest Maintenance & Mechanical, Inc. began with a vision to provide dependable, high-quality building maintenance and operations services to commercial property owners and managers. With the hiring of its first full-time employee in 1996, the company began building a reputation for exceptional service, integrity, and reliability.
Today, with more than 30 years of experience and a team of nearly 60 skilled professionals, Midwest Maintenance & Mechanical has grown into a trusted provider of comprehensive commercial building services throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area.
Our services include HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, building maintenance, construction, and low-voltage and building controls solutions.
